Shipping

Shop online and enjoy free delivery on all orders R700 + across South Africa.
Standard shipping R130.00 nationwide.

After check out, please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed and packaged by our team , once we've got your item ready to ship, we will send you an email/sms confirming your tracking number.

Once shipped, delivery to main centres across South Africa via Postnet, The Courier Guy or Pudo, will arrive within 3-4 working days. Outlying areas may take up to 5 working days to deliver and may incur additional delivery fees.

All orders over R700.00 include FREE shipping nationwide.

 

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

CUSTOM ENGRAVED ITEMS, PERSONALISED LEATHER GIFTS AND SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Cancellation of an order prior to shipping and without laser engraving will incur a 20% handling and transaction fee from your refund.

Weekender Duffel bags will be returned with a R300.00 deduction from original price to cover shipping rates.

 

RETURN SHIPPING IS FOR THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
Any of our leather items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. | Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUNDS ( If Applicable )
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

A shipping fee of R130.00 will be deducted from the retail price paid and the remainder refunded.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately leather sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bovineleather.co.za for exchange options.
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

Return Shipping
To return your leather product, please email us at hello@bovineleather.co.za and we will issue you with a return number and shipping details.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as a R130.00 fee for the original shipping cost.
